Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Hariom Photography. By booking any of our services — wedding photography, cinematic films, pre-wedding shoots, drone coverage, albums or any related offering — you ("the Client") agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.
1. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are confirmed only after we receive a written confirmation (email or WhatsApp) from our side along with an advance payment of 25% of the total package value. The advance is non-refundable and is adjusted against your final invoice. Tentative holds are valid for a maximum of 7 days; if the advance is not received within that window, the date may be released to another client.
2. Payments
The remaining 75% of the package amount is due on or before the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing. For multi-day weddings, milestone-based payments may apply. Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, cheque or cash. GST, where applicable, is included in the quoted package price. Any travel, stay and venue entry charges for the crew are billed at actuals and are not part of the package price unless explicitly stated.
3. Deliverables & Timelines
- Teaser / Highlight Film: delivered within 10–14 working days of the event.
- Edited Online Gallery: delivered within 15–21 working days.
- Photo Album(s): delivered within 30–45 working days of gallery approval.
- Full-length Film (if included): delivered within 30–45 working days.
Timelines may extend during peak wedding season (November to February). We will always keep you informed in case of delays.
4. Image & Video Selection
The final selection of images and clips that go into the album, teaser and highlight film is made by our editing team based on technical quality, lighting, composition and storytelling. While we welcome your preferences during the consultation, the final creative discretion rests with us.
5. Copyright & Usage
All raw and edited photographs, films and audio recordings remain the intellectual property of Hariom Photography. The Client receives a personal-use license to print and share the delivered gallery. The Client may not resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute any of the deliverables. Hariom Photography reserves the right to use the photographs and films — in part or in full — for portfolio, website, social media, marketing and award submissions, unless explicitly restricted in writing at the time of booking.
6. Guest Behaviour & Coordinator Cooperation
For best results, the Client agrees to provide a single point-of-contact on event day(s) who can coordinate with our crew on timing, access and family members to be photographed. We are not responsible for missed moments caused by obstructive guests, restricted access, lighting limitations imposed by the venue, or religious/cultural restrictions on photography during specific rituals.
7. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, equipment failure despite backup systems, or crew illness. In such cases, we will offer a rescheduled date or a partial refund at our discretion.
8. Amendments
Hariom Photography may update these Terms at any time. Bookings are governed by the Terms in force at the time of booking confirmation.
