Here are answers to some common questions about our services, booking process, pricing, and delivery.

We recommend booking at least 2-3 months in advance for weddings and 1 month for birthdays and smaller events. Popular dates get booked very quickly, so the earlier you book, the better.

Sneak-peek photos are delivered within 7 working days. The complete edited photo collection is delivered within 30-45 days. Cinematic wedding films typically take 45-60 days for final delivery.

Absolutely! All our packages are fully customizable. You can add or remove services, upgrade features, and combine elements from different packages to create a plan that perfectly fits your needs and budget.

Yes! We have covered weddings across India including Goa, Jaipur, Udaipur, Kerala, Delhi, and many more. We also travel internationally for destination weddings.

We require a 50% advance payment at the time of booking to confirm your date. The remaining 50% is due on or before the event day. We accept bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit cards, and cash.

We use a triple backup system: RAID NAS storage, cloud storage (AWS), and physical hard drives simultaneously. Your photos remain securely stored until final delivery and for 6 months after as backup.
